Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an action in small claims court in the jurisdiction where dailykitchenhub maintains its principal place of business, provided the claim does not exceed the statutory limit for small claims actions.
If any provision of this dispute‑resolution clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
